Body and Sol at Barrington, Barrington, Illinois.

I love the variety of services Body and Sol has to choose from. I recently had a chance to experience Traditional Thai Bodywork for the first time. It was awesome! The bodyworker was very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. I liked that she took the time to talk with me beforehand about my concerns and expectations for the session and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards I felt energized, more flexible and had less pain. I look forward to trying a Clinical Thai Bodywork session next for more specific work on my problem areas and I will definitely be back to try other services as well.
